Introducing Sobex plugin

Welcome to Sobex

Sobex plugin has three main parts.

The section is (General Settings) … (Widget Settings) … (Style Settings).

In (Style Settings) you can fully customize your widgets, there are more than 80 items for customization. In this section, you will also receive additional icons from Sobex servers and you can make the necessary modifications. Apply to your store.

In (Widget Settings) .. set the function of the filter and how it is displayed and the input type of each widget (Sidebar) and (Header) in the store.

In (General Settings), you will see (Sobex Plugin Management Dashboard Header). At the top of the dashboard, there are icons in three languages: Farsi, English, and Arabic.

This switch is to change the language of the management dashboard of the subbox plugin and it has no connection or impact on the main language of your store.

For multilingual stores, you can easily make the subbox plugin multilingual with the WPML plugin. Sobex is compatible with WPML plugin.

In the management dashboard of the subbox plugin, you will see side menus with the title of plugins. Inside each section, you can also see two header tabs (settings and format).

But in the middle of the subbox management dashboard header… you will see the (active add-ons) section… if the image of each of them is colored, it means that it is active, and if it is black and white, it means that it is inactive.

At the end of the management dashboard of the subbox plugin, there is a form for reporting possible problems. This section does not mean support. It is for reporting purposes only. In this section, please report any problems that may arise. Take a print screen and write a brief description. Remember to enter your name with an active email in the report registration.

If your problem does not affect the functionality of the plugin much, it will be fixed in the next update, and if it is severe, you will definitely receive an email from us and you will be asked to send a message to subbox support via jacket ticket. to follow up the problem officially.
